The Cuban Anti-Communist Foundation (CAF) is committed to defending the values of freedom, democracy, and human rights, and to firmly opposing communism in all its forms.
This Code of Ethics establishes the principles that must guide our actions and decisions as members of the CAF, ensuring that our mission is carried out with integrity and commitment.
All members of the CAF must maintain an unwavering commitment to the promotion of individual liberty and democracy, both in Cuba and among Cubans in exile.
The CAF opposes any kind of business, collaboration, or partnership with individuals, entities, or governments associated with communism.
The promotion of any enterprise that directly or indirectly supports or sustains the Cuban dictatorship will not be tolerated.
The participation of intermediaries or third parties seeking to negotiate or facilitate agreements with the Cuban regime will not be accepted.
Any attempt to engage in dialogue or relations with the dictatorship is contrary to our principles and will be immediately rejected.
The CAF rejects dialogue or negotiation with dictatorships.
We believe that any form of dialogue that does not respect human rights and the self-determination of the Cuban people is harmful and counterproductive.
The CAF promotes proactive action in the defense of our freedoms and rights.
We will not limit our efforts to financial support or maintenance; instead, we will constantly seek new strategies to create effective and lasting change.
All members of the CAF must act with honesty, transparency, and responsibility in all actions undertaken on behalf of the organization.
Any conflict of interest must be disclosed and handled appropriately.
The Foundation advocates for the respect and promotion of human rights for all Cubans.
All our actions must align with this fundamental principle.
The CAF will promote education about the dangers of communism and the importance of defending freedom.
All members are responsible for spreading this knowledge and awareness within their communities.
Any member who violates this Code of Ethics will be subject to sanctions determined by the Board of Directors, which may include expulsion from the Foundation.
This Code of Ethics will be periodically reviewed to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in fulfilling our mission.
The commitment of each member to this Code of Ethics is essential to the success of the Cuban Anti-Communist Foundation.
Together, we will work to promote a free and democratic Cuba, beyond the control of communism and its oppressive ideology.
