OUR MISSION

Statutes of the Cuban Anti-Communist Foundation

Chapter I: General Provisions

Article 1: Name and Nature
The organization shall be called the Cuban Anti-Communist Foundation, and it is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the values of freedom, democracy, and human rights among Latinos.
Its purpose is to raise awareness and prevent communist infiltration in the United States and other free nations, focusing on exposing the networks and influences that originate in Cuba and spread their ideology throughout the world.

Article 2: Registered Office
The registered office of the Foundation shall be located at [26505 SW 203 Ave, Homestead, FL, 33031], although it may establish branches or offices in other locations as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors.

Article 3: Duration
The duration of the Foundation shall be indefinite.

Chapter II: Objectives

Article 4: General Objectives
The Foundation’s objectives are as follows:

  1. To fight against communism and all its manifestations anywhere in the world, with a special focus on Cuba.
     
  2. To promote education on human rights, individual liberty, and personal responsibility.
     
  3. To foster the development of a democratic political culture within the Cuban community, both inside and outside the island.
     
  4. To establish alliances with other organizations that work in defense of freedom and democracy.
     
  5. To provide support to Cubans suffering under totalitarian regimes and to denounce human rights violations.
     
  6. To raise awareness of communist infiltration in the United States and other free nations, particularly in universities and colleges where youth are being indoctrinated.
     

Chapter III: Members

Article 5: Membership

  1. Any person who shares the Foundation’s objectives and values may become a member.
     
  2. Members shall be classified as:
    a. Founding Members
    b. Active Members
    c. Honorary Members
     

Article 6: Rights and Duties of Members

  1. All members shall have the right to participate in the Foundation’s activities and to be elected to positions on the Board of Directors.
     
  2. Members are required to contribute to the fulfillment of the Foundation’s objectives, comply with the obligations established in these statutes, and promote the organization’s values.
